Project Description
This is a concept Training Needs Analysis for a fictional wellness program sponsored by a known U.S. healthcare provider. The purpose of the intervention is to educate voluntary participants in the program on nutrition and healthy eating practices. The program is being provided to group plan members to help their employees improve their nutrition and ultimately reduce doctor visits due to poor dietary habits. The needs analysis was created as part of a master's program in instructional design & technology to provide students both industry experience and a reference for future analyses.
